Vendor Forms

All Games Vendors shall comply with the State of California, Board of Equalization requirements for special events: PUBLICATION 111.
Vendors who have not provided a copy of a current sellers permit to The Mother Lode Games will NOT be permitted to set up.

Food Vendors

Any vendor who sells food, whether meals or pre-packaged, shall comply with Amador County Environmental Health rules, regulations and laws. Food vendors MUST have the following forms submitted to The Mother Lode Highland Games at least one (1) month prior to the date of the event. If you have not complied and do not have a health certificate from Amador County you will not be able to sell.

Food made or stored in the home will not be accepted
